All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from us and the required deposit has been processed.

• Guests must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation
• Maximum occupancy limits must be adhered to at all times
• The primary guest must be present during the entire stay

A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due prior to your arrival date as specified in your booking confirmation.

• All rates are quoted in US dollars
• We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
• A security deposit may be required and will be refunded after checkout inspection

Guests are expected to treat each property with respect and follow all house rules provided. Violation of house rules may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.

• No smoking inside any property
• No parties or events without prior written approval
• Quiet hours must be observed (typically 10 PM - 8 AM)
• Pets are only allowed in designated pet-friendly properties

Ohana Vacations is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss of belongings that may occur during your stay. Guests are encouraged to obtain travel insurance.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
